Connect The Cards
Connection is a drinking card game that is played by three or more players. The things needed for this game are few: just a standard deck of cards and beer.
Before the game begins, all the cards should be evenly dealt among the players and each player should have their own pile. The players aren’t allowed to look at their piles or their opponent’s piles. To make sure this doesn’t happen, the cards must be dealt facing down.
The game begins when the first player turns the top card of his pile over and the second player immediately follows. Both must drink or sip the number on their own cards. For example, if player one drew a four of hearts and player two drew a seven of hearts, this means that player one has to take four sips from his drink while player two takes seven sips. When it comes to drawing face cards, it should be kept in mind that a Jack is 11, a Queen is 12, a King is 13, and an Ace is 14. A connection is made if the cards shown by two or more players share the same suit or number. If a connection is made more than twice in a row, all the players who have made that connection must drink. Another example is if the third player threw a Jack, then it means that once again everyone must drink their number (Aces high). This also means that the first two players who drank have now doubled what they drank from the start of the game. The game continues for each player and if any card is connected to the previous one, then all the players that are connected must drink.
This game is one of the simple drinking card games there is, but it can really intoxicate a person, even one who has a high tolerance for alcohol.
