Applecar Mixed Drink

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Applejack
  • 1 oz Triple sec
  • 1 oz Lemon juice

Instructions:

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

IT IS MADE BY CONCENTRATING HARD CIDER, EITHER BY THE TRADITIONAL METHOD OF FREEZE DISTILLATION, OR BY TRUE EVAPORATIVE DISTILLATION. THE TERM "APPLEJACK" DERIVES FROM "JACKING", A TERM FOR FREEZE DISTILLATION."
