French 125 Mixed Drink

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Sweet and sour
• 1 oz Brandy
• Chilled Champagne
• 1 slice Lemon

Instructions:

Pour brandy and sweet and sour into a collins glass over ice cubes and stir well. Fill with chilled champagne and stir lightly. Add the slice of lemon and serve.
