Edward Fortyhands: Do or Lose
Edward Fortyhands derived from the movie “Edward Scissorhands”. In the movie, Edward Scissorhands had scissors for hands, and in this game players will have two forty ounce bottles of malt liquor instead of hands, hence “Fortyhands”.
This game is simple and easy to play. In order to begin the game, players must get two 40 ounce bottles of malt liquor and very thick tape (duct tape is best). It is also an advantage if the players involved have strong bladders and if there is a volunteer who is willing to document the entire night.
When everyone is ready and willing, each player has to tape a bottle to his or her hand. The person who is documenting can help in this stage of the game because players will find it difficult to tape bottles to themselves and other players.
Before the game officially starts, players must make sure that they have their affairs in order. They should turn off your cellphones. If they are smokers, they should make sure to smoke before the game starts. Most importantly, no one should forget to use the bathroom before the game starts.
There is only one rule to this game and it is that it is illegal to removes the bottles from your hands until you finish both bottles. There are no excuses or reasons to disengage from your bottles, even for just a few minutes. If it is really important and if he or she is willing, the documenter can assist you with things like changing the channel on the TV or holding the phone to your ear and mouth. If you can’t handle this one single rule then you shouldn’t bother playing at all.
The only way to win in this game is if you finish both of your bottles, which is not as easy as it sounds. These bottles will get you drunk. Imagine trying to go to the bathroom with both bottles taped to your hands with a healthy buzz.
