Beer Towers: The Best Way To Dispense Your Beer
What’s better than a large pitcher of beer? A gigantic beer tower! There are two types of beer towers. The most common ones aren’t noticed as much because they are usually hidden from people’s eyes behind the bar. They are what bartenders use to fill up a customer’s beer mug. They have levers that are pushed to get beer into a glass. The tank that holds the beer is located under the device and can contain gallons of beer. This kind of beer tower comes in different sizes, designs, textures, and can be used in home bars.
Some of these beer towers are designed to look old fashioned. Others are modernly designed, and others are custom made and designed to personally fit the preference of the buyer. These beer towers usually come with more than one dispenser that is useful for filling up more than one glass. These dispensers can be designed in a straight line or can have a fountain-like design where they form a circle around the tube. Some of them come with draining mats or a space under the contraption that catches the beer.
The other kind of beer tower is like a replica of a tower. This kind of beer tower can stand up to 34 inches tall and usually has one dispenser. They are what establishments often call “table top towers” and are meant to be served like pitchers to the customers. Like the original kind of beer tower, this one comes in a variety of sizes and designs, but can only hold around 3 liters of beer compared to larger keg-sized ones. Some of these table top towers can contain their own beer chillers that can keep the beer cold for up to 90 minutes. Table top towers are great for groups of friends who not only love spending time with each other, but also love sharing their drinks.
